Śūnyatā (emptiness) is the central idea, yoga, technique and realisation of all the Mahayana Buddhist traditions. It is both the root and fruit of the path. It is also notoriously hard to understand and even harder to experience. Areté House presents this two part webinar on emptiness, with a special emphasis on how to integrate emptiness into your meditation practice and life experience. The webinar will be taught by Dr Toby Mendelson, a scholar of Nāgārjuna (the most influential philosopher of emptiness) and practitioner in the Mahāmudra tradition.
