Mindfulness and Beyond Meditation Course
The aim of this course is to enable you to experience a range of meditation techniques and to inspire you to adopt an ongoing meditation practice. The course includes an introduction to meditation and instruction in four different meditation techniques.
For each technique you receive a succinct overview of the technique & an audio led meditation guiding you through the practice. Each section requires less than one hour to complete.
The course is suitable for those entirely new to meditation or experienced meditators looking to explore new approaches.
